Renaming these pages [14 September 2014]

Hi Jrm03063 - I bumped into this patch of pages while doing some other work and I would guess that they are all candidates for renaming to conform with the standards du jour. I am familiar with your past work on these pages and, if I remember correctly, you were going to work on renaming them as they popped up. I started to do a few, but I am not that versed in these early nobles (who may not have conventional surnames) and I am not sure what exactly was decided for how to go about renaming the tricky ones.
