You have presented a lot of information for this family in notes that could have been more formally (and helpfully) added as Events and Sources.

I have changed the Occupation for the children to Census and added the year 1881. Occupations are always entered in the Description box, not in the place box. Sometimes census enumerators overdid their dittos for occupations, especially when it came to "Scholar". We learn to take this information with a dose of salt.

But you could take the information you found for the 1891 and 1901 censuses and add more details under events. Read our notes as to how to present a Source.
