Marriage registration quotation [15 May 2019]

This quotation would make sense if the words above the cells on the registration were added to make sentences. I have a feeling that some people have been inadvertently put in the wrong order, e.g. who were the witnesses?

Our software does not recognize a group of spaces (makes them one space, no matter what) or carriage returns (assumes the words carry on). It does recognize a line space between paragraphs.
