You have the children of this family being born in Westminster, but baptized at the church of St. Marylebone. St. Marylebone is now part of Westminster, but that is only since 1965. The central part of St. Marylebone is quite a way from most of Westminster, particularly from its earliest built-up part. It would have been a distance to take a child for baptism.

The original St. Marylebone Church had registers from 1666 and that infers that it would have been serving a local community (or parish). If you can check the parish registers again, the registrations may say that the children were born in the parish.
