Houndsborough [27 March 2020]

Other than the name of a hundred (an ancient area made up of a group of parishes) I cannot find a place called Houndsborough. I suggest you may be speaking of Houndstone, a village near Yeovil (and part of Yeovil today). Yeovil is located in the neighbouring hundred, named Stone.
