Identity of Wife

I have seen some controversy concerning this. Both seem to have some factual basis, but I felt that the Howe was correct because of mentions in legal documents (will). I don't have the facts at hand right now and do admit I really don't know 'for sure' which is correct.

I have changed the wife to Sufferance Haynes, which appears to be the current consensus. Most sources naming his wife as Sufferance Howe are old and have been shown to be based on hasty assumptions. An extensive discussion was added to the main page. --Jrich 11:06, 30 August 2009 (EDT)
