Daniel Laffoon Sr.-son of Matthew Laffoon Sr. [21 July 2014]

Daniel Laffoon was my g-g-g-grandfather. Information that I have gathered is that his mother's name was Mary Sheldon. Daniel's date of birth I have as 11/5/1775 from one source, and another that says 1784. His wife was Catherine ("Cathy" or "Caty") Russell, b.1787. They were married in Brunswick Co. VA on 1/13/1803. Both died in Lawrence Co. OH,; Daniel died in 1860, Catherine on 4/1/1862. I have the names and birth dates of nine children. I am descended from their daughter Julia Ann Laffoon Miller.
