I belive that Jacob Becht may well be Johannes Jacobus Becht, born 26 Jul 1795 and christened 27 Jul 1795 in Rulzheim, Bayern, Germany. See Family Search, Germany births. His father would be Jo[h]annis Georgii Becht and his mother would be Mariae Apolloniae Burger. This makes sense based on the names given to Jacob's children. Rulzheim is the next town to the south-west of Hordt.

Maria Anna Boehm is much more difficult to identify without seeing the original records, as this is a very common name. There is a Maria Anna Boehm christened in Hoerdt on 30 Jan 1790. Her parents are Jo[h]anne Georgio Boehm and Catharina Lieblin, which are certainly possibly her parents (based on the names of the children).
