From the Tietjersteradeel e.o. we know that Tjamke and Hendrikje are sisters.

Both of them name parents 'Jacob Elias' and 'Nieske' in their overlidensakten.

And yes, online genealogies identify both of the parents.

Given that, the name 'Tjamke' directly aligns with naming conventions for the paternal side. The name 'Hendrikje' can be construed as the feminization of the father's name on the maternal side, and may be connected to the death of the father, as suggested by her sometimes surname 'Postma'.
