Family talk:Enoch Hunt and Dorothy Barker (1)

From Enoch Hunt and Dorothy Barker (3): Sources for the identities of Enoch Hunt's two wives. [24 June 2011]

I'm at a disadvantage since I'm not at home (and won't be for a couple of weeks). The best I was able to find (in the past) is that his first wife is unknown, and the second was a Dorothy ----- widow of ----- Barker; i.e., she had three husbands: ----- Barker; Enoch Hunt widower of -----; and John King widower of Mary ----- who married, third, Abigail Hewes widow of William Hatch. Would you please identify your sources?--jaques1724 22:09, 23 June 2011 (EDT) Admitted that this is a secondary source - I found it in the rootsweb site for Early Northeast US Hunts http://homepages.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~huntpage/  : "Buckinghamshire, ENG, records show the m. in 1609 at Little Baddow, a Parish near Lee, of Enoch Hunt and Sarah Palmer." I also have copied Dorothie King's will where she mentions her husband John King and her children Ruth Barker, Joseph Barker, Sarah Hunt, and Susannah Heath; and her servant Thomas Perriman.
