St. Giles in the Fields and Finsbury [20 January 2020]

If you look at the two maps on the Place:St. Giles in the Fields, London, England page you will see that the parish is a long ways away from Finsbury. We try to avoid using Finsbury before 1900 when it became a "metropolitan borough" covering earlier parishes located quite a bit to the east. St. Giles ended up in Holborn, not Finsbury.
