I believe these Pauls were related to the Frazier family. Margaret Paul married John Watkins Frazier in 1803 in Staunton Augusta, Va. They moved to different locations as a group. First, Ohio from Virginia. Then Iowa. David Paul lived near Ann Frazier Bazel, one of Margaret's daughters in Des Moines Iowa.
