Which Mary Cooper married Christian Snowman [26 April 2012]

Blodgette/Jewett say that Mary Cooper of Rowley, born 10 November 1693, daughter of Samuel and Mary (Harriman) Cooper, married Moses Hopkinson, also of Rowley. The Hopkinson/Cooper marriage was recorded as occurring 5 November 1734 at Rowley. A quick review of "information" floating around on the Internet about Christian Snowman indicates that their are a number of Mary Cooper candidates, but no substantive evidence identifying the origin of his wife. It would seem that Rowley antiquarians writing about Rowley families are more likely correct than unsourced information probably derived from Ancestral or WFT files, so I'm detaching Mary Cooper of Rowley from Mr. Snowman and leaving his wife's identity open to further verification.--jaques1724 20:58, 26 April 2012 (EDT)
