    Frances McLeod alleges grievious mental suffering in a divorce complaint filed against William McLeod. They were married in Butte on Jan. 17, 1947, and have four children. The complaint states that another child is expected. The plaintiff asks custody of the children, $200 monthly support money, payment by the defendant of attorney's fees and costs of action, and a court order requiring the defendant to appear and show cause why he should not pay temporary alimony and support money during pendency, of the action

    Mental Suffering Charged in Divorce Complaint Infliction of grievous mental suffering is alleged as grounds for action in a divorce complaint filed Wednesday in District Court by Frances M. McLeod against William McLeod. They were married in Butte on June 15, 1946, and have five children ranging in age from 2 to 10, The mother asks custody of the children, $50 weekly from the father for support of herself and the children, payment by the father of her attorney fees, exclusive use for herself and the children of the family home at Philipsburg, and a court order restraining the defendant from interfering with or molesting her in any way during pendency of the action.
