Mental Suffering Charged in Divorce Complaint Infliction of grievous mental suffering is alleged as grounds for action in a divorce complaint filed Wednesday in District Court by Frances M. McLeod against William McLeod. They were married in Butte on June 15, 1946, and have five children ranging in age from 2 to 10, The mother asks custody of the children, $50 weekly from the father for support of herself and the children, payment by the father of her attorney fees, exclusive use for herself and the children of the family home at Philipsburg, and a court order restraining the defendant from interfering with or molesting her in any way during pendency of the action.
