VII. AGNES (AGATHEY) SCALES, (daughter of JOSEPH and MARY SCALES,) married WM. HUNT ALLEN, son of VALENTINE ALLEN and NANCY ANN ARNOLD on 3 JUL 1777. There was probably a double wedding on this day as AGNES and her brother, NATHANIEL married a brother and sister in the VALENTINE ALLEN family.
