He [Willard Foote Porter] was married at the home of Mrs. Lucy (Palmer) Golding Hemenway located at 105 East Main Street, New London on 1 May 1912 to Miss Marie Augusta Golding, the dau. of Dennison Doren Golding and his wife Emma Sphia Lester. She was also a grand daughter of Mrs. Hemenway, with whom she made her home.
