    RIDDELL - The death of Mary McGrath Riddell age 81 years of 808 520 Main Street E., Saskatoon occurred suddenly in hospital on December 6th, 1983. The Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, December 9th at 2:00p.m. from St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church conducted by the Rev. Father James McGrath O.M.I. Prayers will be said on Thursday, December 8th at 7:30 p.m. in St. Joseph's Church. Surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Cecelia McLellan of San Diego, California and Mrs. E.E. (Bernice) Williams of Victoria and one brother, the Rev. Father James McGrath of Vancouver. She was predeceased by her husband, Walter Thompson Riddell on February 2, 1978. Mrs. Riddell was born in Detroit, Michigan on January 22, 1902. She had resided in Saskatoon for many years. Here she was a very prominent milliner and had been employed by Prichard's. For the past 7 years she worked for Piccadilly Ltd. Mrs. Riddell loved to play golf and was a long time member of the Saskatoon Golf and Country Club. Interment will take place in Woodlawn Catholic Cemetery. Arrangements have been entrusted to Saskatoon Funeral Home.
