Henry Tomlinson and His Descendants in America, with a Few Additional Branches of Tomlinsons, Later from England, p. 15, suggests Phebe m. abt. 1672 Thomas Wooster, presumably based on the third child being born 1680 (he doesn't specify birth dates for the first two). The problem with this estimate is that both parents were only 16 at the time. But Source:Derby, New Haven, Connecticut, United States. Town Records of Derby, Connecticut, 1655-1710 gives birth dates for these children and the eldest child was born 6 Mar 1678/79, and they could have married as late as early 1678 at the age of 21.
