"In 1665 Walter Barefoote conveyed land in Dover to his 'brother in law' Thomas Wiggin." [Another deed between the two that is discussed, in 1662, does not mention any relationship.]
Will of "Walter Barefoot of Great Island", dated 3 Oct 1688, proved 21 Feb 1688/89, names "Thomas Wiggin my Brother in law, and to my Sister Sarah his Wife", and appears to make them the principal legatees, Thomas being named executor.
