↑ The son Edward listed in the 1870 census does not belong to Stillman. He is Jennie's son by a previous marriage. He is also found in the 1880 census (line 3) with the name "Edward H. Morison". His marriage record (entry #3) names his parents as "Alex & Janie C. Campbell". Since his surname is Morrison, Campbell is clearly his mother's maiden name.
