[Married] (2) By about 1660 Susanna (_____) Merrill, widow of Nathaniel Merrill. She died at Newbury on 25 January 1672/3. (Mary Lovering Holman believed that she was a sister of Gregory Wolteron [Pillsbury Anc 1037-41], but in 1993 Sanborn, Anderson and Smith demonstrated that this could not be, and her maiden surname remains unknown [TAG 68:160-75].
