  2. ↑ Source:Vinton, John Adams. Richardson Memorial, p. 518, says Hannah "m. --- Farmer. In the father's will, as copied, the husband's name is Varnum. She was living in 1760, the date of her mother's will." Not pointed out by Vinton is that her mother names her as "Hannah Farnam" (Middlesex Probate 18920). The father's original will, found in his probate file as cited on his page, does say "Varnum". It is not clear where Farmer came from, except a misreading of some document.
