↑ No marriage record has been found. No wife is named on any of his deeds so the timing of this marriage is hard to determine. He is called "a single man" in two 1814 deeds, so after that and before his death in 1834. His widow is possibly the "Rahamah Metcalf" found in 1850 census (line 30) in Sturbridge, age 66 (born about 1784).
