Marriage[1] 24 Sep 1745 Sussex, Delaware, United StatesLand was granted to Anderson Parker, Esq. in the County of Sussex, State of Delaware from a warrant dated at Philadelphia on the 14th day of February 1739. Anderson Parker then sold this land to Samuel Samples of Sussex County, Delaware, yeoman, on the 4th day of May 1741. Samuel Samples then conveyed the land to Thomas Massey, yeoman of Sussex County, Delaware on the 7th day of May 1745. On the 24 day of September 1745, Samuel Samples married Ann Scott in Sussex County, Delaware.
