Very hard to distinguish Family:Samuel Peirce and Mary Jaques (1) from Family:Samuel Peirce and Mary Brown (1). Because the death of Mary (Jaques) Pierce is recorded under her maiden name, it is assumed she had no children. [This is an assumption, but there is no sign of any children in her husband's probate either.] This suggests all the children belong to Samuel and Mary (Brown) Peirce.
