    -14 Feb 1721 Samuel Heydon Jr. of Newport, blacksmith, & Rebeckah his wife daughter to Ephraim Bull late of Kingstown, yeoman, deceased to our brother Ephraim Bull of Kingstown, yeoman, executor of the last will & testament of our father dated 14 Feb 1721, gets part of farm of our father.

    -Samuel Haydon of Newport, blacksmith, & Rebecca his wife in the penal sum of £2000 to be paid to Ephraim Bull his attorney obligate myself to payment 2 May 1723. The conditions of the obligation that neither Samuel Haydon & his wife Rebecca daughter of Ephraim Bull late of Kingstown, yeoman, deceased or anyone else use part of my farm, land of my farm divided in last will & testament of my father dated 14 Feb 1721.
