    [Also, p. 141: Samuel Griffith & Mary Eager of this Town Intend Marriage February 14th 1800. Note: since the Rev. Rich wrote his letter in April 1801, the marriage could not have been in May 1801, and so combined with the intentions being in Feb 1800, it is assumed the marriage was May 1800.]
