'In a 1991 article, ...I showed that the Sarah who married Samuel(2) Curtis (Thomas(1)) at Wethersfield in 1683 was the widow of Joseph(2) Edwards (John(1)), who died there in 1681. ... The object of the present article is to show that Sarah was almost certainly the daughter born about 1648 to William and Katherine (Curtis?) (Sinderland) Salmon of Southold, Long Island.'
