    '2. Samuel2 Buck (Henry1), was born at Wethersfield 2 February 1664[/5] and died there 12 or 23 April 1709. He married at Wethersfield on 23 January 1690[/1] Sarah Butler, daughter of Samuel and Elizabeth (Olmstead) Butler.'
    [footnote] 'The marriage record is not entirely clear and was evidently entered after Samuel Buck's death in 1709. That the first child Isaac was born as late as 3 April 1693 contributes to the uncertainty (Wethersfield Births, Marriages, and Deaths, 1:81). …'
