[Note: we assume the 1832 date is correct because the bride lived in Cambridge, so that is probably where the marriage occurred, and that is what the Cambridge record says. The birth record of the oldest child, Eliza, is not found. Source:Doe, Elmer E. Descendants of Nicholas Doe, p. 74, says the first child was born 20 Aug 1833, which is probably based on her age on her death certificate, which works out to a birth on 20 Aug 1833. However, in the 1850 census she is listed as age 15, born 1835, so this doesn't seem conclusive.]
