'Roger de Worsley [second son of Richard de Worsley and Maud], probably b. about 1212 and founded the branch of the family known as the Worsleys of Kempnall or Kempnough, co. Lancaster. He was twice married; ... his first wife ... was living in 1259. The date of Roger's death is not known, but he was survived by his 2nd wife, Constance de Rivington, who was living, a widow, in 1277 ([Ancestry of Mary Isaac], 306-7).'
