In 1743, Robert and Rebekah (Griffith) Haydock and six of the children (listed as Eleanor 1716-1762), Eden (1719-1779), Henry (1724-1798), John (1727-), Rebekah (1729-) and Daniel (1713-)) sailed from Liverpool to Delaware and "settled Eden in Philadelphia and finally reached their destination at Flushing on Long Island".
