Pauline's obituary reads, "Pauline H. Bermes, 80, died Friday at Parkview Hospital. Born in Wakefield, Mich., she retired in 1981 as a supervisor at Magnavox Corp. after 25 years. Surviving are her husband, Robert J.; two daughters...two stepsons...a stepdaughter...and two grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, David Boxley, in 1998. Services at 2 p.m. Thursday at D. O. McComb & Sons Lakeside Park Funeral Home, 1140 Lake Ave., with calling an hour before services. Calling also from 6 to 9 p.m. Wednesday. His first wife, Idell, died in 1959 and second wife, Pauline, in 2001. He was also preceded in death by a stepson, Dave Boxley. Services at 10 a.m. Friday at D. O.
