Bibliography

An extensive article on "Richard Silvester of Weymouth, Mass., and Some of His Descendants" by Albert Henry Silvester appears in the New England Historical and Genealogical Register, Vol 85: 247-265 (Jul 1931), 357-371 (Oct 1931) & Vol 86: 84-93 (Jan 1932), 120-132 (Apr 1932), 286-299 (July 1932). Additional notes Vol 87 p. 84.

An additional correction/comment on this genealogy from Margaret A Zobel appears in the Register, Vol 128 p. 202.

Although Naomi is often given the surname Torrey, there doesn't appear to be any direct evidence of this or any other surname for Richard's wife Naomi.
