[This source, like Savage, is obviously confused about the various Richard Parks, and is only cited here for information about the will of Richard Parks of Concord.]
Will dated 8 Jan 1725, names wife Elizabeth sole executor; sons Joseph, Josiah, Jonathan, Isaac, Ephraim; daughters Elizabeth Fassett, Sarah Post, Abigail Fiske and Rebecca youngest daughter; youngest sons Daniel and Zaccheus.
[Note: based on what we find in the Concord records, the children appear to be named in birth order. Bond's assertion of an earlier marriage to Sarah, step-daughter of James Cutler, is unsupportable based on age: Sarah would have to be born by 1645 at the latest, so what would that imply about Richard? Further, Bond's assertion of a son by his first marriage is not supported by the will (and Bond notes the alleged eldest son Richard is not mentioned). Further, as Rebecca is the youngest daughter, and based on the order in which the sons are named, Ephraim, Daniel and Zaccheus are unrecorded sons born after 1707.]
