p 137 - Richard Edelen, son of Richard and Sarah (Hagoe) Edelen, was born in Charles County during the early part of the eighteenth century. About 1724 he married Margaret, daughter of James and Elizabeth (Lord) Neale, of Wooleston Manor. She was mentioned as Margaret Neale in her father's will of 1733, and as Margaret Edelen in her mother's will of 1734. [Wills, Liber 20, folio 160]
