A copy of it was in the Pension File, as well as a translation, highlights of which are: Margaret Schwartz of the family of Schlosser, was born on the 4th of Jan in 1773 in Tulpenhocken township in Berks county in PA. Her parents are Joseph Schlosser & Anna Maria Herdl. She was baptized in the Roman Catholic Church. She was confirmed in 1787.She married in Oct 1790 to Mr. Philip Schwartz.

  3. DAR Membership Application number 82077 approved Oct 21, 1910. (Mrs. Amanda Melvina Ruch Foster, descendant of Philip Michael Schwartz's daughter Mary).
