    Daughter of Jacob Huffman whose ancestors came from Holland.
    Removed from Hunterdon to Sussex Co., NJ; settled in western NY in Jan. 1805. Autum 1817 emigrated from Cayuga Co. (now Tompkins Co.), NY to Ohio traveling in flat-boats down Oil Creek, the Alleghany & Ohio rivers. It took 4 weeks through Indian country.
