Witnesses: Newman Perkins, Catharine Jencks [Exeter Land pps. 135-136] -May 1761 Perry Mumford of Exeter, yeoman, for £300 to my brother John Mumford Jr and paid by James Lewis of Exeter, yeoman, 200 acres bounded: formerly Jonathan Lewis, John Richmond, James Lewis, said Perry Mumford, George Wilcox, Isaac Gates, Daniel Barber, the same tract of land that my father sold to James Lewis the 25 May 1741.
