5 Feb 1953, p10 - FERRIS-HUDLESTON [sic] - Mrs. Helen Huddleston of Mt. Auburn and Paul Ferris of Milton were married late Saturday afternoon in a ceremony performed by Rev. Hugh Ronald at his residence on South Twenty-first street in Richmond. The couple was attended by Mr. Ferris, son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Orville P. Varnell of New Haven, Conn. The bride was attired in a black and whit silk print suit worn with white accessories. Her flowers were a corsage of white camelias, says the Richmond Pal-Item. Mrs. Varnell's dress was of irridescent taffeta. Her accessories were white and her flowers a corsage of camellias. Following the ceremony Mr. and Mrs. Ferris were honor guests at a dinner given by Mr. and Mrs. Varnell at the Leland hotel. Other guests were Mrs. Harry Hall, Bronxville, N.Y., Mrs. Ruth Bond, Mrs. Alice Rariden, Cambridge City; Mr. and Mrs. Carl Caldwell, Milton, Mr. and Mrs. Elmer B. Varnell, Richmond and Paul Varnell of New Haven, Conn.
