PATRICK (PETER) MILROY was born in 1668 at Penninghame, Wigtownshire, Scotland. He was driven away to Stoneykirk in 1685. He married JANET (JEAN) MCNAIR circa 1696 at Wigtownshire, Scotland. He died on 12 Sep 1746 at Stoneykirk, Wigtownshire, Scotland.
JANET (JEAN) MCNAIR was born in 1676. She married PATRICK (PETER) MILROY, son of PATRICK MILROY and JANET MEIKLEVRICK, circa 1696 at Wigtownshire, Scotland. She died on 17 Jan 1753 at Scotland.
They had at least six children James, Patrick, twins John & Charles, Andrew, and Jean. There is a fifteen year gap between James and Patrick so it almost certain that there were more children. It is highly unlikely Jean went fifteen years without having a child and then produced five children after the age of 40.
