    After the death of his first wife Oliver m. (2), in South Kingston, 23 Nov. 1758, the Rev. Joseph Torrey officiating, Patience Greene, b. in 1729, d. in Providence, R. I., 9 July 1809, daughter of Ebenezer and Patience Gorton Cook and widow of Samuel Greene.
    Children by this marriage were: Mary, b. 15 March 1762; Samuel, b. 15 Feb. 1764; d. 4 April 1767; Elizabeth, b. 12 April 1767.
