↑ Based on age and residence, it would seem likely that Lydia is the widow of Jonathan Hobart. Jonathan and Lydia were having children in Hollis in 1753 (see p. 378 of History of Hollis). Based on Source:Hobart, Edgar. Hobart Genealogy : The Descendants of Edmund Hobart of Hingham, Mass, p. 34, Jonathan is the son of Gershom of Groton, Mass., but no death date is specified, nor has one been found. His wife is identified only as Lydia, maiden name unknown.
