Source:Locke, John Goodwin. Book of the Lockes : A Genealogical and Historical Record of the Descendants of William Locke, of Woburn ; with an Appendix, p. 50, identifies Nathan's wife as Sarah Converse, d/o the same parents. This appears to be a typo, as no Sarah is recorded in their family, nor mentioned in the probate of the father. Mary is named as the mother in the births of the children.

This source also claims they had 10 children without naming them. There is a gap in the published VRs between Rebecca b. 1789 and Lucinda b. 1796 where one would expect at least one more child, so it seems quite possible that there could have been another.
