↑ In the probate of Nathan's father, a guardian, Asa Patrick, is appointed for Sophia Foster, Nancy Foster and Priscilla Elvira Foster [Worcester Probate 22160]. The guardian bond is found in Worcester Probate 22204 dated 1811, which identifies these three as grandchildren of Nathan Foster, now out of the Commonwealth, the boilerplate presuming they are minors. It would seem they are children of the son Nathan, but no information on Priscilla Elvira is known of. As she is listed last, she is probably the youngest. Further, it may indicate Nathan had died by this date? More research is needed.
