- ↑ Source:Allred, Marilyn. Town of Warwick, Franklin County, Massachusetts, Genealogical Records 1739-1900, Births, Marriages,, p. 28 lists this family based on the births listed Source:Warwick, Franklin, Massachusetts, United States. Vital Records 1739-1850, p. 77. Since the whole family is listed as a group, there is the appearance that they arrived in Warwick sometime around the early 1800s, and had the births copied from the family Bible. Probably most of the births occurred elsewhere? In any event, except for the marriage of the oldest daughter, Lavina, to John Goodell in 1804, and her death in 1811, no other records are readily available, including marriage or death records of the parents, and even any obvious references to the children in marriages or census or death records, suggesting perhaps they soon headed out West?
Of Warwick residents, Lemuel Rawson married a Sarah Barrus, or Barrows, who is a daughter of Abraham Barrus Jr. of Richmond, NH. His father moved to Richmond, NH, in 1765, and he had a younger brother named Nathan, though Source:Bassett, William. History of the Town of Richmond, Cheshire County, New Hampshire : From Its First Settlement, to 1882, p. 300, offers no marriage or other disposition for Nathan. One might suspect that this is the Nathan Barrows of this marriage.
