McCabe-Gardener. St. Paul's church was the scene of a pretty wedding ceremony yesterday morning at 7 o'clock when Miss Nora Gardener and Joseph McCabe were united in marriage by the Rev. Msgr. Victor Day in the presence of relatives and friends. Miss Ann Gasper was the bridesmaid and Barney Riley was the grooms attendant. The bride was attired in a gown of rust-colored canton crepe with hat to match and carried a dainty bouquet of roses. Miss Gasper was attired in brown velvet and her bouquet was of Ophelia roses. Immediately after the ceremony the bridal party adjourned to the home of the bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. E. Gardener, 721 Oak street, where a wedding breakfast was served. The young couple left during the afternoon for Spokane and Seattle, where they will spend their honeymoon. Both of the young couple are well known and very popular in Anaconda. Mrs. McCabe was born and reared in Anaconda and up to the time of her marriage was a student at the Anaconda high school. Mr. McCabe is also a native of this city and obtained his education here. Both he and his bride are talented musicians, Mr. McCabe being a member of the Strollers' orchestra. He has been employed as a clerk in the general office of the A. C. M. company for several years, which position he still holds. He and Mrs. McCabe will be at home to their friends after January 15 at their home at 721 Oak street.
