The wedding of Marshall Orme Wilson and Caroline Schermerhorn Astor, the youngest and unmarried daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Backhouse Astor, took place today at the residence of the bride's parents. The bridesmaids and ushers received gifts of diamonds from the bride and groom. The presents to the bride included a house from Mr. Astor; it is estimated the presents are worth $200,000. The reception lasted four hours, when a banquet was served.
