    CHAP. CXIII. An Act divorcing Leonard Owen from his wife Nancy. [Passed Ftbruary 8 1810.] BE it enacted by the General Assembly, That a marriage solemnized between Leonard Owen and a certain Nancy Hampton, shall be, and is hereby dissolved, and the said Leonard forever divorced from the said Nancy; that the power of the said Leonard over the person and property of the said Nancy shall entirely cease, and that the said Leonard shall not he bound by any promise or contract which may here after be made or entered into by the said Nancy.
    2. This act shfll be in force from the passing thereof.
