Wedding Anniversary
Mr. and Mrs. Lambert Wissink celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on Friday, Sept 4 at 1 p.m. in the Holland church basement with all the children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, brothers, sisters, neighbors and friends. A fine program was given by the children and grand-children, also several fine speeches by Rev. Schermer of Holland, Chris Baker of Cortland and Rev. D. S. Schuyleman of Eagle. A two course luncheon was served after the program. From Billings, Mont., came Kaus Baker, Mrs. Wissink's brother, who has not been here for about ten years. Mr. and Mrs. Henry Wissink and two children and Mrs. Will Beyer and children and Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Jansama were here from Hull, Ia., on a visit to Lambert Wissink."
